Some info on Pasir Ris Costa Sands
Set amidst the tranquil environment of Pasir Ris Park and within easy reach to the beach, Costa Sands Resort (Pasir Ris) offers holiday makers an unforgettable experience with their families and friends. With its serene ambient, every stay is a sensory experience, be it a quiet and cosy getaway with loved ones or a heartening get together with family members and friends at a barbeque party.
Facilities include a cafetaria, mini-mart, a convenient barbeque area outside each chalet, multi–purpose hall, a swimming pool and children’s pool, American pool tables, and laundrette. The resort offers a free two-way shuttle service bus to Pasir Ris MRT Station.
Family-friendly amenities: There is a children pool available for infants and toddlers. The bicycle kiosk within the resort rents out adult mountain bikes and BMX bikes for children. Inline skates of various sizes are also available for rent to both adults and children. For more family bonding time, there is an extended area outside each chalet room to facilitate group barbecuing. Wheelchairs and baby cots are available for loan upon guests’ requests.

Check-in Time
Check in time is from 2.30pm. Request for early check-in is subject to chalet availability.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is before 10.30am; a full day charge will be levied on occupants who check-out after 10.30am. There is no inventory check. Kindly proceed straight to the Reception Counter with your key.
Anyone can check-out on your behalf.
Someone Checking-In on behalf
No written authorisation is required. The authorised person must be aged 18 and above, and has to produce the following upon check-in:
The authorised person’s I/C,
Confirmation of Booking Form and;
The member’s NTUC Card (if applicable) for verification purposes
Admission to Resort Premises
Four complimentary chalet passes will be given for every chalet booked. The passes will only be issued upon check-in. Additional guests are required to pay the prevailing admission fees.

Free Chalet pass holders are entitled to free admission to the swimming pool.
Re-entry into the Resort Premises
For chalet pass holders and paying guests, their hands would be stamped upon entry. Free re-entry is only applicable for chalet pass holders with valid handstamps. For paying guests, their handstamps entitle them to free re-entry for only one day. They have to pay $1 for re-entry for every subsequent day of visit.
All invalid or not visible handstamps bearers would be required to pay another $1 for re-entry.

followed by the chalet number. Should you need help, please press 8 and our
friendly operators will assist you.

Allocation of Chalets
Allocation of chalets is on a first-come-first-served basis, according to the booking number. Applicant is not allowed to select the chalet.Chalet NumberYour chalet number will be sent to you via SMS two days prior to your arrival date. Alternatively, you may call 6582 3322 to enquire.
Please Note We Are Meeting At Pasir Ris MRT at 1.30pm. The shuttle bus will leave at 1.45pm, if we miss this bus, the next bus will be at 2.15pm.
SBS buses that go to the nearest bus stop (Downtown east) are 3, 5, 6, 12, 17, 21, 89, 354, 358. You would have to walk down the road to Costa Sands Pasir Ris from that bus stop.
